The challenge with Ray White Property was to reinvent an already well established business in a market that is extremely busy with competitors. The primary focus was the FOR SALE sign. As always LESS is MORE and so I created the RW ICON in the form of a home. It is clear at a distance and easily associated with Ray White Property. The signage is minimal with only essential elements. This lack of clutter makes the signage very effective.
Declan and Colm White were involved at every stage helping to turn a logo in to a brand. Rolling out the new identity across the whole business was a challenge. All new signage, shop front, website, promotional material and livery for the vehicles was just the beginning. The guys really appreciated the value of their brand and continue to engage with the design process on an ongoing basis.
